We've all heard the benefits of meditation but many of us struggle to "get in the zone" and to keep up our practice. Like meditation, hypnosis is well known for it's positive effects. It has the capacity to help people relax, improve concentration, clear the mind and improve well-being. Using safe and VERY effective hypnotic techniques we will guide you in a 40 minute lunchtime meditation which will leave you feeling blissed out and take your meditation practice to the next level. Please arrive on time as our doors lock at 10 past the hour to avoid class disruption.
They say "money can't buy happiness" but we believe if you invest in your mental health you can be as well off as any millionaire. Our Mental Wealth course is designed to be a drop-in, skill-building series which you can use as an adjunct to your 1:1 therapy or just as a teaser.
Based on the effective, research-based techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy our lunchtime sessions will guide you through how to best manage any symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression and get the most out of your life.
